Napili Kai Foundation Produces the Longest Running
Weekly Keiki Hula Show in the State of Hawaii

 Founded in 1966, the foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and the only one of its kind that provides higher education scholarships
to its member graduates. Over the past twenty years, these scholarships total over $372,000 to date.

JOIN US FOR THE LIVE SHOW EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT!

Join the keiki of the Napili Kai Foundation as they perform every Tuesday in the Hale Aloha Pavilion at the Napili Kai Beach Resort, 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 5 p.m.).

SHOW TICKETS:
$10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12,
and children under 6 are free.
Complimentary for Napili Kai Beach Resort Guests.

Tickets are also available at the Resort’s
front desk or at the door.

You can help the Napili Kai Foundation families

THE SHOW

The children of the Napili Kai Foundation perform traditional hula, Tahitian and a variety of dances from other Polynesian islands. Accompanied by a live band and led by Kumu Hula Kathy Ralar, the keiki performers dance, chant, story tell and sing their way into our hearts with the stories and songs of Polynesia. READ MORE >

THE PROGRAM

The philosophy of the Foundation and its program is the belief that by studying Polynesian cultures the children learn: respect for their kupuna (forebears); commitment and confidence in mastering ancient skills; cooperation and building teamwork and leadership skills; and, building lasting friendships. Napili Kai Foundation History

HISTORY

When the Napili Kai Beach Resort opened in 1961, it had only 12 rooms on one acre of beach front property on Napili Bay, Maui. Resort guests traveled on an old dirt road 10 miles north of historic Lahaina Town. The employees were all neighbors who treated the guests as family.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Napili Kai Foundation scholarship program provides financial aid to high school graduates who are seeking self-improvement through education. Recipients are graduates of Napili Kai Foundation or children of longer term Napili Kai Beach Resort employees.
